The Burrocrat

A strange sort of beast is the burrocrat,
with his burro there where his head ought be at.

Please observe the following rules when interfacing with The Burrocrat.

The Burrocrat shall be addressed by Title, such as "Over Coordinator Spazzt"
or "Inspector Greeze-Palmer".

Don't confuse the on duty act with the off duty actor.

Don't cause The Burrocrat to make an ass of herself by asking her to express
her own thoughts, if any.

And remember, this is all an elaborate act.  Your Burrocrat is paid a tidy
salary (but not nearly what she is worth in private industry) to enact the
show.
